Rasputin Walk

Availabilty: by private booking only (see bottom of this page)
Duration: 4 hours.

A commoner who grew so powerful he dared to advise to the Tzar, Rasputin had a heavy influence on the development of early 20th century European history, appointing ministers and making key decisions on Russia's involvement in WWI.

Notorious for his sexual over-indulgence and rumoured to have belonged to a secret religious sect, this bearded lecher is one of the most mysterious characters in Russian history. He was murdered by his aristocratic enemies, but that did not save the Empire, which fell just two months after his death.

Hear the story of "his malignant influence and assassination". Visit the murder site, his infamous apartment where the orgies were held, and other sites related to "Father" Grigory.

The tour is guided by Peter.
